Join us in equipping the next generation with the skills and resources they need to build a sustainable future. Our gardening and farming initiative provides young people with hands-on experience, financial education, and a chance to turn their dreams into reality.
Our program is designed to help young people aged 18-30 take charge of their future by combining practical skills with financial education. Over the course of six months, participants engage in gardening and small-scale farming, growing vegetables and short-term crops that are sold to local food vendors and traders.
The revenue generated is saved in a bank account until they reach the financial goal needed to pursue their personal dreams—whether it’s starting a business, continuing their education, or launching a project that contributes to their community.
The program is designed to be self-sustaining, creating a cycle of learning and earning that continues long after participants graduate.
Participants gain hands-on experience in gardening, farming, and business management—skills they can use for the rest of their lives.
Through the revenue generated from the farm, each participant learns valuable lessons in managing money, saving, and investing in their future.
